The Provider offers, on a subscription basis, an internet television (IPTV) service that includes live linear channels and an on-demand content library. Access is provided through individual login credentials, on the compatible devices listed on the site.
The number of available channels and titles is indicative and may vary over time, depending on the broadcasting rights held and the decisions of content owners.
The contract is formed when the Customer orders a subscription (including via WhatsApp or another communication channel indicated on the site) and the Provider confirms activation. By placing an order, the Customer confirms that they have read and accepted these terms.
The Provider may grant, on request, a limited free trial period to verify compatibility and service quality. The trial creates no obligation to purchase a subscription and may be refused or limited in case of abuse.
Displayed prices are in euros and correspond to the duration of each subscription. Payment is made in full, in advance, using the methods indicated by the Provider. Access is activated after payment is confirmed.
The Provider may change prices for the future; changes do not affect subscriptions already paid, for their remaining term.
Under applicable EU distance-selling law, the consumer has a 14-day right of withdrawal. For digital content whose supply begins immediately, this right is lost if the user has expressly requested that supply start and acknowledged the loss of the withdrawal right.
The free trial exists precisely to let you verify the service before paying.
Using more simultaneous devices than included in the plan may lead to limitation or suspension of access.
The Provider makes reasonable efforts to keep the service available continuously but does not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Interruptions may occur due to scheduled maintenance, technical faults, the Customer's own network, or causes beyond the Provider's control.
Image quality depends directly on the speed and stability of the Customer's connection. The Provider is not liable for issues caused by the Customer's connection or equipment.
The Provider may suspend or terminate access, without refund, in case of breach of the obligations in section 7, credential sharing, or any fraudulent use. The Customer may choose not to renew at any time.
To the extent permitted by law, the Provider's liability is limited to the amount paid for the affected period. The Provider is not liable for indirect losses or lost profits.
All rights in the broadcast content belong to their respective owners. Channel names and logos are trademarks of their holders and are used for descriptive purposes only. The Customer is granted a personal, limited, non-transferable right to view.
The contract is governed by Romanian law. Consumers may contact ANPC (anpc.ro), the Romanian consumer protection authority, or use the EU online dispute resolution platform. Disputes are resolved amicably where possible.
The Provider may update these terms. The applicable version is the one published on the site at the time of the order. Material changes are announced on the site.

IPTV is digital content supplied immediately. Under applicable EU consumer law, by ordering and asking for the service to be activated you expressly agree that supply begins at once and you acknowledge that the 14-day right of withdrawal is lost once activation has started. Accordingly, no refund is due after the subscription has been activated.
If the service does not work as described, contact our support team first. We will do our best to fix the issue quickly — for example a server change, a line reset or setup assistance. Most problems are resolved within a short time and our priority is always to get your service working, not to leave you without access.
A refund may be considered only where the service was never delivered or activated, or in the case of a duplicate or accidental payment for the same subscription. Any such request is reviewed individually.
